When we read on effective ways to relieve anxiety and stress,
meditation is highly likely to be on the list. And it's all for
good reasons.
But did you notice that something weird happens when you try
meditating? Not only do you stress on what is making you anxious.
You also become overwhelmed with the process of meditation
itself.
I've made meditation an important daily habit of mine and it was
a powerful experience. It is a useful tool to keep you grounded and
feeling calm in the middle of the pressure the whole world is in
right now. I'm going to share how you could have a better
