In this episode, I guide you through a meditation for upleveling
your self-care. Do you tell yourself you’ll meditate (or do some
other form of self-care) in the morning but then you wake up to a
bunch of “urgent” emails and tell yourself you’ll do it later? And
then you never do? If this sounds like you, this meditation is for
you.
It’s like that quote “if you don’t have time to meditate for 5
minutes a day, meditate for 10”. It’s the same idea with
self-care.
Use this meditation to remind yourself that you are worthy of
spending time taking care of yourself. You are worthy of rest. You
are worthy of prioritizing your needs. “Later” never comes (as you
know) so the time is NOW.
