Today is a special episode because Talia S is the first client
of mine I've had on the podcast and I'm so excited to share her
light and magic with you all. I worked with Talia as her coach for
about a year and watched her transform on SO many levels. In this
episode she shares how she overcame 15 years of disordered eating
and stepped into the most authentic, next level version of herself.
I learned so much from her in this episode and I know you're going
to take away so much from it too!
✧ How Talia overcame 15 years of disordered eating and liberated herself from worrying about food all the time
✧ Why authenticity is important
✧ What happens when you listen to the nudges you receive from spirit/the universe
✧ How to break free from who you "should" be and unapologetically own who you are
✧ 4 keys to living more authentically
✧ How to bridge the gap between who you are and who you want to be
✧ Talia's game-changing meditation you can do in less than 5 minutes
✧ Why embracing who you are positively impacts all other areas of your life
